We are licensed and regulated through the State of Texas Department of Public Safety - should we do something wrong, you have recourse. We could lose our license, be fined, or go to jail. WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We will invoice our clients upon completion of our work. We accept no payment up-front and do not get paid until our clients have their checks deposited in the bank with all bank holds cleared. We accept checks, cashier's checks, money orders, and online payments through our invoicing service.
WHO WILL I BE DEALING WITH DURING THIS RECOVERY EFFORT?
We do not like the run-around. You will not go through an automated phone-tree before speaking with a person. You will not be asked to speak with several different people.
